We do not accept returns on any custom made order which includes dress in custom size, color or design, all sales are final for custom made dresses.We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand in new condition(no smoke scents, no makeup stains,no alterations).
Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, a 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
