We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative that the customer includes an email address on their order.
(1) The first email will be sent in 24 hours after you place an order, and will confirm the order information including the item No., quantity, size, color, and expected receiving time of the order. Please pay attention to this email as if there is something wrong in your order we could modify on time, to make your order correctly arranged.
(2) The last email is the shipping confirmation, which will tell you the tracking number. It may take 3-6 days to arrive you by DHL/UPS, if by EMS, it will need longer, about 10-15 days.
