Why is your price so low?
Our factory is able to offer our featured collections online lower for 2 key reasons. First, we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ a sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not have to accommodate for these cost, we can pass the savings onto our customers.
Secondly, We are a professional wedding factory, we offer the factory prices.
What does the price include?
The price includes the custom-made dress as well as the postage by express delivery. Shawl, veil, crown or glove is not included. You need pay extra USD15, if your size larger than US22.
Are All orders free shipping?
Free shipping is to USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, UK, France and so on. Other countries, such as South African, South American, Mid Asia countries need to be charged extra USD30.
Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (msn or email, skype), again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote. Or you can give the sketch for us to follow by e-mail.

Ordering online
To make a purchase online: Click on the product that you would like to purchase; Select color, size and any additional options, Click “Add To Cart” to complete the checkout process. If you require assistance, please contact our customer service department at Live Support, or email to idresshop86@yahoo.cn. We'll reply you as soon as possible. If you want to buy any other items, you may click "continue". Otherwise, you could drop "Checkout".
Ordering by e-mail
Email your order to idresshop86@yahoo.cn. Be sure to include the following information: name, billing/shipping information, phone number, event date, style No., quantity, color, size, additional options and payment info.
When should I order?
Please place your order about 2-3 months prior to the date of your special occasion. By doing so, you will allow enough time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
Normally, it will take about 15-20 days to make your dress after we got your payment, it also will take about 3-6 days for shipping, so you can get your dress in about 35 days by UPS, DHL Free Shipping. And we'll give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.
Can I choose Rush order service?
Yes, we can accept rush order service, as follow:
(1)10 days rush order, it means to take 10 days time to make, and shipping time 3-6 days.
(2)15 days rush order, it means to take 15 days time to make, and shipping time 3-6 days.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee all our dresses are with high quality. If our dresses are not good quality, customer can return the dress back. But we can't accept return dress for custom-made order.
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.
Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we usually don't send the color swatches out to customers before ordering unless the customer accept to pay the shipping cost for the color swatch, we just can send our color chart and product CD to our wholesaler with their order.
You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
(1) View our color chart, choose color on internet.
(2) Send us a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress.
Note: Not any extra cost for color change.
How do I pay?
We just have 3 payment way:1.Paypal 2.bank transfer 3.Western Union
Is there a charge for sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside of China.
How do I decide what size to order?
You can following the sizes on our size chart or if you want to made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It’s easy – simply ask a person who helps you to take your measurements following the instructions on our How to Measure. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and color specified. We suggest you inquire the professional dressmaker to help you to take your measurements, so your dress will fit you perfectly.
How will I be notified of my order status?
We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order.
(1) The first email is sent in 24 hours after you place an order, and will confirm the order information including the item No., quantity, size, color, and expected receiving time of the order.
(2) The last email is the shipping confirmation, which will tell you the tracking number. It usually will arrive you in 3-6 days. If shipped by EMS, it may need more time, about 10-15 days.
Dress questions:
1)Can I cancel my gown order if I change my mind?
Sorry, kindly please note that we can't give refunds on custom-made gowns if you change your mind or payment made are non-refundable.
2) Can I have a gown made to my measurement?
Of course yes, as custom-made is our first concern. We can make the dress in your own size. You can send us your special measurements according to How to Measure.
3) Can a gown be made in a plus size?
Yes, we can make plus size, you can following the "Plus Size Dress Size", but please note if the size larger than US22, it will be charged extra USD15.
4) How should I clean my beautiful wedding dress?
First of all, ALWAYS get your dress cleaned after wearing. If it is not cleaned in a reasonable amount of time after wearing a yellowing of the fabric may result from prolonged storage. ALWAYS take your bridal dress to a professional cleaner that specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals.
Order Questions:
1) Can I get a discount on my gown?
Yes, if you order more 3 dresses at the same time, We will give you some discount.
2)Do you have more pictures for this dress?
We are sorry that we are still working on better and more pictures. That is all we have so far. If we get more pictures, we will update our listing.
3) Can I change the color of the embroidery from gold color to silver color?
Yes. We can make the gown with silver embroidery for you.
4) Can I change the color of the dress or the accent of the dress? How much is there extra charge?
Yes. You can change the color of the dress or accent of the dress. We usually don't charge extra if you only change the color. In case there is extra charge, we will notify you.
What if my payment is declined?
Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.
Are these used dresses?
All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.
